Everyone can learn from this course, regardless of your skill level.

We will start out with a short theory session on equipment selection and needs and how to safely plan your day on the water. Then we learn the essential paddling skills to safely handle your kayak (strokes, braces, balance etc).

Finally you are taught how to safely exit your kayak in case of a capsize and then re enter both on your own and with the assistance of other kayakers.
